Great deal and super fast shipping

The ordering process was simple and smooth, and the delivery was quick and safe. However, I've got a little problem: my Inmotion V10F only charges up to 92%.

Although my order was held up for a decent stretch, the communication was solid, keeping me in the loop about everything.

Delivery was super quick... Unfortunately, I had to send the items back. But the refund process was also really fast! Can't complain about the service.

Quick shipping and awesome communication

I bought an electric scooter for my granddaughter, and it was cheaper than a lot of other places, plus the delivery fee was quite fair. It showed up in just 36 hours - I'm really impressed!

These folks are incredible, and I can't praise them enough; their communication was top-notch from beginning to end. I bought scooters for my kids last year, and I messed up the delivery by entering the wrong postcode. But these guys were always quick to respond and even offered to drive 200 miles to bring them to us personally so the kids could have them before Christmas. Luckily, it didn't come to that, and the delivery guy eventually tracked us down. I even reached out on Boxing Day for some tips on using the scooter, and they replied right away. If only every online store could be as efficient and helpful as they are! Now, I always double-check the postcode (don’t trust those computer systems to find addresses) when I order anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and can’t wait for my kids to outgrow their scooters so I can buy more from them.
